Constantly fighting off anxiety is not only mentally draining but it is physically exhausting.
Sometimes my body just feels worn down and sometimes I develop a stomach ache or migraine.
Some days, laying down in bed and sleeping can be the biggest relief. For a few hours, I can escape reality and let my body and mind be at peace.
